ShouldersOther
beginner · compound · strength

Also works: Calves · Middle Back · Quadriceps

A shoulders movement in the Bikkel catalog. Load it into a routine and log every working set — weight, reps and rest tracked like an equipment readout.

How to

Own the movement

Step-by-step form cues to get you started. Dial in the exact working weights and rep targets inside the app.

01
Attach dual handles to a sled connected by a rope or chain. Load the sled to a light weight.
02
Face the sled, backing up until there is some tension in the line. Hold your hands directly above your head with your elbows extended. This will be your starting position.
03
Walk backwards, keeping your arms raised above your head. Avoid jerky movements.

Enough theory.
Go log a set.
